Welcome to Cleon Candidate, a web, Android, and iOS application designed to help users generate standard CVs and apply for job opportunities. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the Cleon Candidate web, Android, and iOS applications.
• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Services: The functionalities offered by the Platform, including CV generation and job application features.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
• Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. CV Generation and Job Application

• The Platform provides tools to generate a standard CV based on the information provided by the User.
• The Platform may also provide job listings and the ability to apply for jobs directly through the Platform.
• The Platform does not guarantee job placement or employment as a result of using its services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and data provided on the Platform are the property of Cleon Candidate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content provided on the Platform without the express written consent of Cleon Candidate.
